KRASNOYARSK, RUSSIA - JANUARY 15: A hydroelectric power plant is located near the Yenisey River in Russia’s Krasnoyarsk region has significantly influenced the water temperature to such an extent that the river no longer freezes even in harsh winters.The river is not frozen even at minus 50 degrees because of the thermal effect produced by the hydroelectric power station nearby.
